Watermans SUP yoga classes are taught by a variety of instructors all very proficient in their line of work. Introducing yogis and paddlers to the pleasure of SUP Yoga in a playful atmosphere. The requirement is simple: Be comfortable in the water. No Stand-up paddling and/or Yoga experience necessary, it is actually beginner-friendly. It’s a really great activity for anyone looking to get a good workout, relax, and enjoy nature. The class rate if for instruction only, discounted paddleboard rental is available.

During the summer months on a warm body of water, most people choose to wear some combination of a swimsuit, board shorts, and a short- or long-sleeved rash guard for sun protection. You will also need a towel and change of clothes.
