Introduce yourself to the pleasure and relaxation of SUP Yoga in a playful atmosphere on Lake Tahoe! Our only requirement is simple: Be comfortable in the water. SUP yoga is a great activity for anyone looking to get a good workout, relax and enjoy nature. So join us and learn how to balance while challenging yourself in an encouraging and empowering atmosphere!

And just know you will get wet despite your best efforts to stay balanced on your board. Even experienced paddlers take the plunge from time to time, so if you’re feeling a little wobbly, don’t worry about it and remember that SUP is a watersport, so it’s okay to get wet!
