A Paddling Experience for Women on Lake Tahoe
SUP paddling is an interesting and unique way to enjoy Lake Tahoe while being surrounded by nature and the rhythm of the water. The concept is simple: find your symmetry and balance while walking on water. Relaxation, fitness, and fun guaranteed!
You can experience stand-up paddle boarding with your family or a group of friends without leaving the adventurous aspect of paddling behind. In fact, your paddling experience will be catered to your group and experience level!
Your experience includes instruction from one of our Watermans Landing professionals on the basics of SUP equipment, proper paddling techniques, and essential safety tips. Paddle, paddle board, and PFDs are included!

During the summer months on a warm body of water, most people choose to wear some combination of a swimsuit, board shorts, and a short- or long-sleeved rash guard for sun protection. You will also need a towel and change of clothes.
