Taught by our own Anik Wild the Woman SUP clinics are designed to help you improve your paddling skill and fitness. These clinics include a warm-up, proper technique, a full-body workout and Q&A session.

During the summer months on a warm body of water, most people choose to wear some combination of a swimsuit, board shorts, and a short- or long-sleeved rash guard for sun protection. You will also need a towel and change of clothes.
