Learn to Stand-up Paddle on Lake Tahoe
Want to learn to SUP on beautiful Lake Tahoe? Our professionals will work with you to help you learn the basics of stand-up paddle boarding. Most beginners are able to stand up and start paddling shortly after taking a SUP out for the very first time.
Our lessons get started with an introduction to SUP equipment, safety tips, and site and weather orientation. You’ll also learn proper paddling techniques, board maneuvers, and deepwater restarts.
A water’s edge paddle craft caddy, paddle, leashes, and PFDs are included.

During the summer months on a warm body of water, most people choose to wear some combination of a swimsuit, board shorts, and a short- or long-sleeved rash guard for sun protection. You will also need a towel and change of clothes.
